Customer, Agent and Delivery Partner Account Deletion Information

EasyRanna allows Customers, Agents (Sellers), and Delivery Partners to delete their accounts at any time. This page explains the process, conditions, and data handling for account deletion.

How to Delete

Delete via App

Open EasyRanna → Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Email Request

Email privacy@easyranna.in with your registered phone number.

Agent / Seller Account Deletion

Agents or sellers can request account deletion if they stop operating on the EasyRanna platform.

Requirements Before Deletion

  • All pending orders must be completed.
  • All settlements and commissions must be cleared.
  • Product listings must be removed.
  • No active disputes should remain.

Delivery Partner Account Deletion

Delivery partners may request deletion of their delivery account once all deliveries and settlements are completed.

Eligibility

  • All deliveries completed
  • No pending payments
  • No dispute cases

Account deletion is permanent. Once your EasyRanna account is deleted, it cannot be restored and all access to the platform will be removed.
