1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the EasyRanna mobile application and website (easyranna.in), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of our platform after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Services

EasyRanna provides an online platform for ordering and delivery of:

• LPG Gas Cylinders for domestic and commercial use
• Grocery products including fresh produce, packaged goods, and daily essentials
• Water bottles and jars of various sizes

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and ordering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All orders placed through your account are your responsibility. Any misuse of the platform or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination.

4. Order Placement and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or delivery constraints. Order confirmation will be sent via email or SMS once accepted.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept various payment methods including UPI, cards, net banking, and cash on delivery. Prices are subject to change without notice. In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders.

6. Delivery

We strive to deliver products within the estimated timeframe. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. LPG cylinder delivery requires proper verification and safety checks at the delivery location. You must be available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.

7. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch through the app or by contacting our support team. LPG cylinder orders may not be cancellable once in transit due to safety regulations and handling requirements. Cancellation refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

8. Product Quality

We ensure that all products meet quality standards. For fresh produce, we guarantee freshness at the time of delivery. LPG cylinders are sourced from authorized distributors only and comply with all relevant safety standards and government regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

EasyRanna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability in connection with any order is limited to the total value of that specific order. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
